Month after month, I moved between hope and disappointment — quietly wondering what my body was failing to do. I was already working in mind-body healing, supporting other women through pregnancy journeys, and yet my own path felt uncertain and painful. I was watching women become mothers. Touching their growing bellies. Glowing. And I was going home to another negative test.
It took years before I finally became a mother to my two daughters. From that deeply personal journey, and from years of experience working with women, Heal To Conceive™ was born — created to gently support other women on their path to motherhood.
This retreat is the first time I am offering Heal To Conceive in a fully immersive, in-person sanctuary setting.
